A challenging development of 6 new build houses, within a cul-de-sac in Redditch.

The Orchard Court development involved developing a greenfield site into four detached properties, including three houses and one bungalow. Each property was constructed on a separate plot, adhering to the planning agreement. Each plot consisted of trench fill foundations, beam and block suspended ground floors and timber frame superstructure.
